Andrew Staub 👋.  I'm a dreamer and a builder.

I’m the founder of Boz, a company dedicated to helping people write.  We're starting by making book writing social!  I started building Boz to help myself write my first book, Growing Venmo.  I've started my second book, Building Boz.  I'm writing the story of Boz as I build it.

I've been working on startups for over 15 years. My expertise is growth and product engineering, and I have enjoyed playing lots of other roles, i.e. customer support, sales, marketing, software architecture.

I love to code, design, and work with amazing people on ambitious dreams.

Outside of work, I love playing basketball, easy hikes, spending time with my wife Rachel and playing with my 3 kids, Jonah, Hallie and Ari. We live up in the hills of El Cerrito, California, right near Berkeley.
